People…
This evening I ran into work, currently where I am writing this to be exact, and upon checking my email I got this email from a customer somewhere in New Your state. What I find quite funny about this is that he has confused two of our different product lines.
From the first email:
My inquiry is per your Alaskan Bear Treats. When I first started buying this product, it was because it was free of filler ingredients that my dog doesn’t need to be injesting: lecithin to be exact. Now your treats are packed full of lecithin. It’s obvious that you want to stretch your salmon supply to go further. Unfortunately, it’s more cost effective for you and you get more product and more money. But what burns me up more than the fact that you’ve ruined a good product is the fact that we have to pay the old price still. Same money, less salmon, more filler. You’ve gone the route of our wonderful transit system here in New York. Less service, more fees.P.S. What EXACTLY is salmon MEAL?
No longer a fan.
The Second:
Oh, and also, you need to change the pictures on your web site. The treats don’t look that delicious any longer. (All smashed flat and processed looking) That’s false advertizing, isn’t it?
Still no longer a fan.
I wrote him a nice email back explaining the new treats hes talking about are the “Home-Style” and that we currently only have our old treats on our website, http://norpacfish.com. Ok enough ranting, time to go home.
